Here are tips for a fun game you can play in the run-up to Christmas. Pang game with Christmas words is a game where you pull "sticks" with pictures on them.
On each "stick" there is a color at the top, and pictures of various Christmas words at the bottom. The colored sticks with Christmas words are made on a PC, and can be printed, laminated and cut, and they then become rigid and can be put in a cup.
How to play the Pang game:
• All the colored sticks you want to play with are put in a cup with the pictures at the bottom, so that no one can see which pictures are on the "sticks".
• Some of the "sticks" have pictures of "Pang" instead of Christmas words, and you put 2-3 "Pang" pictures in the cup as well.
• Participants draw colored sticks in turn. The person who pulls a "stick" says the word at the bottom of the "stick" (or you can describe the word so that the others have to guess which Christmas word it is). You get to keep the "stick" you draw.
• Several children can play, and it's fun to collect more and more sticks until it says "Bang!". At the top of the cup are hidden some colored sticks with "Pang", and if you get "Pang", then you lose all the "sticks"/pictures you have collected (they are put back in the cup).
• Pulling a "stick" is really nerve-wracking, because you never know when "Pang" will come
