Happy to work
Happy to work in a department that promotes healthy and tasty eating. Today we had a blast, and we ended up on a terrace where we had lunch.
The children helped make the batter, a lot of good practice with terms, measurements, smells, and not least talking about what was dry and what was wet to go into the batter, as the dry should go in first. We fried and served swallows with brown cheese or strawberry jam 80 per cent berries, without added sugar. The children just LOVED the swills. Great success, recommend further!
