We chose to use Blekkulf
At Ørntua Kindergarten, Lilleørna has been working with fish since February, and it was therefore natural to have something about fish on this year's kindergarten day.
We chose to use Blekkulf and his friends as a starting point, and made an aquarium with pictures of Blekkulf and his friends as well as a felt Blekkulf. We engaged the parents so that the children could bring some rubbish from home. The children were allowed to "throw the rubbish into the sea" - and what happened then. Jo Blekkulf disappeared, so we had to clear away the rubbish and throw it in the bin. In addition, we had a station where the children fished - and then they caught both fish and rubbish on the hook.
