Baking dandelion biscuits

Baking dandelion biscuits with the children today #grøntflagg #leveavnaturen Recipe:

1/2 cup of oil (sunflower oil or rapeseed oil)
1/2 cup honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup dandelion flowers (the yellow on the flower)
Pick dandelions and pick off only the yellow part of the flower.
Of course, you must know that it has not been sprayed with herbicide where you pick them.
They should also be rinsed well and left to dry on paper towels.
Mix all the ingredients and stir well.
Put the batter in small piles on a baking tray 
lined with baking paper and press them slightly flat.
Roast in the middle of the oven at 190 degrees
for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden.
Cool on a wire rack.
