Sami week in Lavvo
We have listened to joik and watched the Northern Lights (whiteboard), learned to count to ten in Sami, say hello and enjoy, listened to the bear sleeps and bæ bæ little lamb in Sami.
Coloured the Sami flag, cut and glued a Sami hat and had 2 great hiking days in Lavvo with a sledging trip throwing a lasso at reindeer.
The tour group made Ghakko bread and all the children ate Bidos in Lavvo.
Fantastic fun when everyone contributed, it rubbed off on all the children. What a fantastically fun week with great colleagues, have a good weekend.
