Transition friend
I am the educational leader for the 3-year-olds in our bhg. We are in the beginning stages from being toddlers to becoming big kids.
The group thrives on big children, but of course misses the adults on small children. Based on the fact that things happen that can be both exciting and a little sad, tomorrow I will introduce a new friend to our group. He/she is a little monster and together we will find a name for it. Does anyone have experience with such a friend in the group? Both what is positive and things I should be aware of.
