A bit from the winter and spring project
In my department there are many different nations, for which we have created a project. We have traveled by plane to the countries where the children or the children's
parents come from. This year there were 14 different countries. The children got their own passports where we stamped each time we went out and traveled. The children drew some of the table flags that were put on the table for each country we were in. And we were lucky enough that some of the parents prepared a typical dish from the country they came from, and otherwise we prepared the food ourselves. used youtube to get a bit of a flight atmosphere with airplane sounds, the children heard the captain speak and they got to take off and land. It was always just as exciting. This is a project we have had for several years now, and something we will continue with in the years to come, equal success every year.
