We are preparing the Sami people's day
Some of the things the two- and three-year-olds have done in preparation for Sami Day. We have made flags that I have drawn and cut out.
Three-year-olds have painted and we have assembled together. Then we glued on pictures of animals, nature, moon and sun. Where they belong and learned about the meaning of weather color. Otherwise, the two- and three-year-olds have painted their own picture with the Sami colours. And painted sheets I have rolled into beads so the children have made jewellery. We have also made Sami-inspired instruments. Now we are making reindeer out of doldrums.
