A little tip for a game for those of you who
Have children who are going to practice saying words or language sounds, and need some variety. Metal clips are really rather boring office supplies.
But they are well suited for putting up pictures of the words to be practised! Attach pictures/cards to metal clips and line them up like in a cone formation (you know at bowling) out onto the floor.
Roll a marble over and see how many cards you manage to knock over!
The child must name the cards that fall over.
Continue like this until everyone is overturned!
Tip:
I have used carpet underneath, to get some rolling resistance. It's a good idea to roll against a wall, so that you don't have to go looking for the marble all the time.
PS: I have only tried marbles here. Anyone have any tips for other things that can be used to topple cards
