1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup of cream, 3 tablespoons. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar mixed well in a pitcher, and filled into a small ziplockpose.

4 cups ice cubes, mass salt (2 cups) in a wider ziplockpose. Add the bag with the cream mixture into the bag with ice and salt. Close the bag and shake well and long. Use gloves, ice and salt gets very cold. We made two such compounds, and the bags were recycled among children. Was just a little taste of each, but the point was the experience how to make their own ice cream.
