What does PRIDE actually mean?

What does PRIDE actually mean?

We have talked about this at Soltroll. PRIDE means pride. This means that you should be proud of who you are, regardless of what others think.

All people in the whole world are good enough just the way they are! Much about us is the same, and much is different.
Whether they like pancakes or sausages, playing with dolls or cars, girls with boy hair and boys with girl hair, whether you can walk or sit in a wheelchair, boys who like pink dresses, those who have two mums or two dads, those who have one of each, and those who only have mum or dad. Those who like to take the stairs and those who prefer the elevator. (The children's suggestions for differences) We have talked about bullying and discrimination, and that some people actually have to fight to be themselves. Children are not born with prejudices.
