By counting how many cones are in the basket
We have a squirrel theme in our department in the future. In the changing room, check-in and check-out are done in a squirrel-friendly way. By counting how many cones are in the basket.
Then the children find out how many children have come to bhg, and who. They also count the cones that remain up in the tree. There are those who have not yet arrived. Parents have to participate a little in this, help to take down the cone, and the children find a free place. This will be a good transitional situation for both children and parents. Notice that the children often talk about what is hanging on the wall. Language stimulation here, then. So far this works very well :-). Spurven has its own information poster, where new important matters that parents should know eventually appear.
