Thank you so much for the wonderful advice regarding serving barley porridge this morning. It was a HUGE SUCCESS.
Used Tine Meirier's recipe. Served it with a little sugar in it. On the table blueberries, cinnamon, banana, apples and raisins. Out of 16 children today, 14 ate what they were served, and many had refills. This exceeded ALL expectations, a positive experience for everyone. Next time we will try with berry sauce. Again, thank you SO MUCH for all the help with the name of the porridge and the flavoring accessories.
