Today it finally got a little cold in the west
So then it was just a matter of taking the children to make bird food. Unsalted peanuts, muesli, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds. And the children got to taste, smell and feel everything.
Something was very good, while the sunflower seeds were not for humans (a little girl said so)
First we took a larch cone which we tied a rope around. It was then put up in a cardboard cup.
The children could choose for themselves what went into the cup, when everyone had finished. Took an employee, the cups in the kitchen and melted fat that was poured into the cups. And finally in the fridge.
We brought up at the meeting why we make bird food and that the birds need help to find food.
Now the bird food hangs on the tree for the department so we can see when the birds come to eat.
