Idea for an educational game
Toddler department, theme mathematics and language. Some of the older children paint it themselves, it's very pretty. Reuse of both egg cartons and corks.
A lot to practice here, e.g. colours, counting, sorting and placing. The games are finished painting as we get more corks and know which colors we need (Preferably the oldest who play. Of course, there is always an adult sitting with the players and making sure the corks don't go in their mouths).
