After inspiration from here
Following inspiration from this, dandelion biscuits were today made at Gnist Husbyåsen, department of Bjørdalen. Very fun process where the kids participated in everything.
From harvesting, "cleaning", adding ingredients, shaping biscuits and finally eating! They were very tasty and the children wanted more! I decorated them a little before baking with a self-cut stencil and cinnamon.
